From Bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Pale blonde. Grapes and white berries in the aroma. Very bretty citric flavor. Dry.

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Slght hazy golden with small white head. Soft wheat, light grainy, saison yeast, soft citrus. Just medium sweet and bitter, very light sour. OK, much better than the dark smoky/peaty version I had a few years ago.
