Draft. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, spices, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, fruits, and spices, leading to a dry finish with notes of wet hay.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before March 2021. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly funky and a bit grassy aroma of hay, lemon peel and traces of barnyard. Minimally sweet, moderately bitter, fairly dry, gently grassy, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit floral taste of grains, hay, lemon peel and a touch of nettles, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry, grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Thin body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Solid beer but too much carbonation, even for the style.

Short 0,33 l bottle from Getränkefeinkost, Münster. Unclear pale golden in the glass with a more than two finger white foamy head. Dry tart smell. Taste starts unpleasant bitter dry grainy with yeast and low fruity background. Maybe the wrong beer today after a NEIPA. Medical in the aftertaste. Sorry ...

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Slight gusher. Hazy yellow golden with big white head. Goaty funk, bitter hops, grassy, light wheat, herbal hops, cow dung. Quite bitter, light sweet. Very light sour. medium bodied. Pretty decent take on a De Ranke beer, I like it.
