From bottle @ Carnivale Brettanomyces. Blonde. Vinous aroma with grapes. Dry, vinous flavor with soft bretty notes. Riesling all over the place. Pleasant.

Sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Hazy golden with white head. Funk, white wine, apple, soft lime, wheat, tart grapes, vanilla, spicy grape skins. Lots of wine notes! Medium sour and bitter, light sweet. Ove rmedium bodied. Bit too much wine-like for me.

14-06-19 // taster from bottle at Muted Horn. Thanks for the taster. Just a sip bit that was very convincing. Deep wine character with a funky beer body. Love it.
