Local white peaches, at a ratio of 300g per liter, added to a beer aged in a Belgium white wine barrel. The beer itself was turbid mashed and brewed with plenty of raw wheat. Fermented with our wild (native) houseculture. Bottled September 30, 2018.

Magnum thanks to Sonny. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong peach, white grape, funk. Thin body, peach flesh, grape, light funk, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Dorée paille sur léger voile, col fin blanc.
Arôme est plaisant avec un fruité vraiment bien placé - pêche - funk avec une petite touche de barrique. Le tout est frais avec un rendu fruité très bien mis en avant.
Palais est plaisant fort bien fruité avec un léger funk un peu Cantillonesque avec même un caractère plus affiné.
Le fruité de pêche ressort super bien avec une aigreur plaisante qui laisse ample place à la pêche. Effervescence est moyenne sur haute. Sec en fin de bouche.

Sampled in between Ratebeer and Brewver, so not much specific notes. Sampled from both 75 cl ( de gebrande winning ) and by a Magnum curtecy of Duron. Both times it was amazing ( mag even better ) very fruit forward, elegant sourtness, rather dry ending,... perfect balance. Waaw !

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Hazy golden with small white head. Strong peach, sour lemon, light funk, apricot, soft lactic notes, dank cellar too. Over medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light fizzy carbonation. Smells really good!

Sample @ 1420. Smooth, funky and floral with loads of peaches, tropical notes, farmyard and earthiness. Pretty fruity and smooth lambic.

Alez kosmicznie intensywna ta brzoskwinia, taka pomiedzy swieza a puszkowa. Boska. W smaku sloma, troche slodyczy, troszke serek sie tez pojawia... kwasnosc srednia. Pyszka. 4.4 aha, lepsze od FF
