Local white peaches, at a ratio of 300g per liter, added to a beer aged in a Belgium white wine barrel. The beer itself was turbid mashed and brewed with plenty of raw wheat. Fermented with our wild (native) houseculture. Bottled September 30, 2018.

0,75l bottle at tasting during Kruisweg 2018 with Tom and Raf. Orange cloudy colour, small white head. Smells intense of peach, very very jammy, bit earthy, very lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of intense peach, jammy, earthy, light spices, lightly citric, lightly medical, bit flowery, light apricot jam, light marzipan. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes with notes of peach, marzipan and some jammy notes. Very very lovely, so smooth, intense peach notes. Great beer 9, 4, 9, 4, 18
