From bottle at Wild Festival Groningen 2019. Aroma is very funky with lots of cherries, tart and sour with oak, more barnyard. Light sweet with a fairly dry finish, medium body. Amazing cherry funk, complex and funked up.

750ml bottle @ Mikkeller CPH. Smooth, slightly tart and aggressive with cherry notes, sourness, that is softened nicely with the juicy peachiness, some oaky notes and farmyardy funkiness. Pretty good.

Fruity, light, strong ripe cherry, stone fruit. Vinous, a bit sweet, softly sour and dry. Very nice.

Bottle. Deep purple color with pink head. Aroma is deep cherries, leather, almonds, red peach flesh yes. Taste is deep cherry flesh and skin, a bit red peach, very deep and juicy. Thick mouthfeel with very mild tannins and a soft carbonation. Amazing!

750mL bottle at Foeders, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head - must be the darkest lambic I've had. Aroma is exquisite, with dark cherries, peaches, moderate barnyard funk, and a touch of leather. Flavour is divine, with loads of dark cherries, peaches, light acidity, moderate barnyard funk, and more cherries. Man, the Schaerbeekse cherries steal the show, accentuated with just enough peaches, and prominent funk. Gorgeous stuff. Doesn't get much better.

Slight mettalic notes on nose, bright yet balanced, yeast is sharp yet mellow. Kriek flavor punches through but not overpower. Funk is nice.

Bottle at Wild festival. Hazy purple with pink head. Sour cherries, warm tones of cooked cherries, suggestion of cinnamon. Moderate sweet and mild sour, light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
