Fine white rim over well-bubbled, ochre-orange beer. Very lambic-y nose, bit of wine, vinous, old wooden barrels. Sweetish-lambic-fruit-white wine, leading to an excellent balance. Some delicate garden herbs, elderflower. Light to medium bodied, slick; dry character. This is both excellent, and very original! Great!

Bottle shared at Foeders, Amsterdam. Fairly hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of damp, wet cellar, mould and citrus. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. So soft, drinking it is like hugging a pillow!

Bottle sampled at Foeders. Hazy golden with almost white head. Wet funk, soft caramel, goat sweat, 🐐, dry grapes, soft brandy or eau de vie, light grains, spicy yeast, more dank cellar, hint of toffee. Medium sour, light sweet and very light bitter. Over medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.

Flaska på MBCC 2019, grön session. Vintage 2017. Klar ljusguldig med vit krona. Mycket druvskal, druvkärnor, funkigt, tanniner, vitt vin. Lätt socker sötma, stall, fin fatton, citrus. Något sötare?

04/05/2019 0,75l from bottle at Gebrande Winning event. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells wood, herbal, horseradish, grassy. Nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, grassy, earthy, wood, peppery, spices. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of grass, wood and citric notes. Rather intense but also quite good. I very much like it 7, 4, 8, 3, 17
