Tap @ Røør. Unclear golden body with a small white head. Nice, mild, slightly funky aroma, some acidity. Flavor is light malty and super refreshing with acidic lemon, some fruit and a little hint of yogurt and mild wood. Nice balanced body and long lasting refreshing aftertaste. Nice and refreshing wild beer.

From bottle at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Sour and fruity with an aroma of citrus, robust pale grain, straw, wood, picking up some subtle red wine. Nice puckering sourness, light sweet, medium body. Nice!

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is funky, fruity, some slight acidity and sourness. Flavour is sweet malts, some zesty and mild tart and sour berries along with some slight yoghurty tones too. Actually quite smooth this one.

7-3-6-3-13 Bottle, as Syr barrel aged golden sour, #f101p8b2, four years before bbd. Pours hazy pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is acidic with lemon, rhubarb and fizzy candy, as well as bretty notes and oak. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acidic with lemons, sour candy and bretty notes of berries, as well as wooden notes.

Juleavslutning på Mi2 Cardinal des-20, og seremonimester Melberg presenterer nå en rekke av hele 4 ulike fra Eik&Tid, alle på 0,33 flasker. Først ut er denne: uklar korngul med kort skum. Stall, støvete, solvarme urter, overmodne citroner. Astringerende munnfølelse med citroner i ettersmaken.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.6%. Hazy golden, small white head dies out instantly. Aroma of lactic acid, lemons and oak, hints of farmhouse. Extremely sour flavour, notes of lactic acid, vinegar, lemon and oak. The extreme acidity nearly masks all other qualities the beer might have.

Bottle at home. The Dead Don’t Die. Hazy golden with white head. Sour and grainy, wheat, hay, spruce, grapefruit, wood, resin, grape pits, peach pits. Light sweet and over medium sour. Bottle, foeder 101, pull#2. Color: Hazy yellow-ish golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Moderate tart, fruity notes of white grapes and berries, funky. Taste: Moderate to medium tart, fruity notes of white grapes, grapeskin, white berries and some lemon. Malty background. Pretty strong barnyard funk. Oak, wood tannins. Dry to very dry mouthfeel. Moderate bitterness, light sweetness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nicely balanced. Nice, although not that complex.

Sampled at Bierkoning. Bit hazy golden with small white head. Sour grains, soft lemon, wheat, light sour berries, soft herbs. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
