Draft from the Diamond. Pours dark nice uniform lacing with small lasting head. Aroma is malts with hint of dark fruits. Taste is same. Light citrus.

Bottiglia. Sentori di sottobosco vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta e termina con merletti sul bordo del bicchiere. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. La parte liquida si presenta velata. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è vivace. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è pulito, complesso e asciutto. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si attestano sentori di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, erba, agrumi, frutta e frutta passita.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is candy sugar, dark malt, dried fruits, touch of orange, caramel, dried plums, spicy notes, caramelized sugar. Sweet candy flavour with a moderate bitterness. Above medium body. A bit too sweet and sugary for my taste, but certainly a decent Winter Ale that's not too spiced.

Аромат нормальный в целом, немного пряностей, намек на каракмель и изюм, горсть солода, нотки меда и травянистости. Цвет темено коричневый. Пенка маленькая, почти ее нет. Вкус средний если честно, не очень сбалансированный и яркий. По началу даже очень неплохо, много карамели и жаренного коричневого сахара. Позже уже странная сухость и горчинка, карамель почти уходит, появляется алкоголь и тяжесть от него. Снова пряности и мед, но без баланса. В целом норма пиво, не более.

On tap at clandestino Ferrara. Pours a nice amber to copper, big frothy head. Flavour is malty, very spiced with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, medium bitterness with herbal hops. Quite nice!

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Clear amber brown colour, fair frothy beige head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Sweet malts, light roast, caramel, raisins, sugar syrup, some liquorice. Taste above medium sweet and slightly bitter, malty, some roast, burnt caramel, some liquorice, coffee notes, light alcohol notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth malty sweetbitter aftertaste, roasty notes, well-balanced, good.

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a off-white head. Aroma of strong fruits, oranges, wheat. Taste of strong red malt, ripe fruits, oranges, spices.

Gewürzig-getreidiger Beginn. Dunkel hefig, geringe Bitterkeit, milde Süße. Die Gewürze kommen leider nicht übermäßig gut hervor, mittellanger Abgang - ok. 10/8/9/7/9/7
