Thuis in de tuin uit een halve literfles. Goudgeel, licht troebel. Wit schuim. Aroma vrij vlak. Smaak goed, neigt meer naar zuur dan zoet. Voor een weissbier houd ik meer van het laatste, maar lekker evengoed.

50cl bottle. A murky golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mid sweet banana, yeast and moderate sweet wheat malt. Taste of phenolic esters, banana, some spices, moderate sweet malt.

Pours unclear, very yellow. Medium to medium small, stable, creamy head. Smell is ester (banana) focusses, with the very exact right amount of phenols ( clove ) fresh, clear wheat. Very nice ! Taste is fresh, very mildly bitter, intense banana that builds up, and turns rather sweet towards the end. A very nice balancing spicy , clove phenolic character restrains the beer from being overly sweet. nice, rather creamy body, and an average ( which is lower for the style ) carbonation. I kinda like this one.

ABV: 5.5%. Cloudy medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, light banana. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20180810]

Bottle at GBBF 2018 . Hazy gold colour. White head. Banana and apricot and peach weiss. Esters. Almost some vanilla. Quite an interesting weiss with plenty of fruit. Camamille and vanilla. Good.

500mml. Bottle as part of the «European Summer Santa 2018», many thanks to the Beerhunter for this bottle. Clear yellow with a decent off-white head. Aroma is citric, banana and some phenolic. Taste is medium grainy and fruity with a slightly presence of banana and phenolic. Slightly watery. Meeeh. Next one please!

Bottle from SinH4, many thanks! Hazy yellow with a creamy, lasting, white head. Floral, wheaty with grass, some chewing gum, banana candy. Slightly sour yoghurty finish, but overall very nice!

Herb bananiger, rund hefiger Beginn. Geringe Süße, die feine Herbe bleibt konstant und gefällt. Süffig, spät einen Ticken bitter, steigende Würzigkeit, harmonisch. Weich, nicht übetrieben bananig, erfrischend. 10/9/10/10/8/10

(bottle) Cloudy, yellow to pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Yeasty and distinctively banana-fruity aroma, including hints of citrus, backed by present wheaty notes, as well as clovy and slightly grassy hoppy spice. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, medium to light bodied with an almost creamy well-matured carbonation. Initially chalky and wheaty taste with notes of citrus and banana and cautious clovy spice; sweet and slightly sour-fruity and mineralic finish with a discreetly grassy hoppy bite. Very nice. 14.V.18
