Quello delle Grätzer, o Grodziskie, è un antico stile originario della Polonia. Abbiamo rivisitato questo modo ancestrale di fare birra a modo nostro, producendone una versione con il 100% di malto di frumento affumicato, generose dosi di luppolo e un'aggiunta sostanziosa di lamponi durante l'invecchiamento in botte!
Originale, strampalata ma assolutamente piacevole, Polock en Rouge è una birra italiana fatta per la convivialità, per i giorni di primavera e per i giorni di freddo, nell’erba di un prato o vicino al tepore di un camino acceso.

January 26, 2018 - Tap@Himmeriget, Copenhagen - Dark red pour with white pinkish head. Tart fruity with raspberry prominence, berry fruity, berry skin, medium to light body, light acidity, tart fruity berry fruity with a touch of salt into the finish.

Saurer Beginn von Kirschen, etwas Essig, rund, leider keinerlei Karbonisierung. Spritzig, angenehm nach Brett. Intensiv. Viel Kirsche, vollmundig, langer Nachgeschmack. 10/11/8/9//8
