Barwa ciemno złota, zmętnione, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie goździk, nieco banana. W smaku lekka kwaskowość, nieznaczna podbudowa pszeniczna, goździk, banan. Wysycenie średnie, piwo jest niezbyt gładkie, raczej wytrawne. Mało konkretne, ale to w końcu 10 BLG, niemniej brakuje mu nieco do najlepszych.

Keg at Jabeerwocky, Warsaw. Almost clear golden, small head. Soapy apple aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded, somewhat oily mouthfeel. White dough and mashed apples. Low bitterness.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, foamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Kristallweizen-like minimally strawy and bready, wheat malty aroma, minimally soapy, citrusy hoppy overtones, hints of lemon, lemon peel, lemongrass. Taste is zesty and minimally soapy, citrusy hoppy, cautious wheaty basis, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of lemongrass. Light body, minimally hop-oily, watery texture. Refreshing, very drinkable - nice.

Tap @ Jabeerwocky, Warsaw. Creamy yellow golden, some white foam. Nose is herbal a bit, wheaty apple juice. Citrus. Tastes lightly tart, grainy and soft bitterness there as well. Light citric finish, herbal bitter linger. A bit average.
