(Bottle) Pale yellow colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with green apples, grapes, white bread, yeast, minerals and Champagne. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of green apples, grapes, yeast, grass, dry white wine, Champagne, toast and a dry finish with a mild acidity. More than medium body, dry. Lively carbonation. Fresh, elegant and dry, with a good white wine/Champagne character. Nice one.

75cl bottle shared with Soph on Christmas Eve 2021. Clear golden yellow appearance, high carbonation, spritzy. Vibrant nose of lightly stewed apple fruit. Lively palate, great effervescence, with a nicely presented medium-dry character, rounded with a subtle apple core bitterness, some syrupy moments, noticeable alcohol strength. Really enjoyable.

Glass by bottle @ Holm Cider in Copenhagen. Clear yellow to straw golden body with almost no head. Slightly sparkling carbonation. Mild apple aroma, green apple and grapes with an acidic touch. Taste is light and rather clean, green apple, grapes and mild acidity. Medium to light bodied and a bit short in aftertaste. Nice for an aperitif but a bit weak for food.

29/3/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, touch of caramel, green apple, yeasty notes. Quite bitter, moderate sweetness, tangy tart elements. Sweetness developed, became more caramelised. Quite fizzy. Drying sharp acidic bittersweet finish.

750ml wired cork bottle from drinksupermarket.com. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived fizzy white bubbly head and aroma of apple, bready yeast, caramel hints. Taste is tart, fleshy apple, some skin and core, yeasty bready, with citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Acid cider seems to be an official category, and it is represented by a cider expert to me as a style well displayed by this one. The cider pours a very light, perfectly clear, yellowish wattery look. Scent is dry, harsh apples, rather mild in intensity. Taste is acidic indeed, but that's not the main focus of this drink. it shows a beautifull apple aroma, and a dryness which, in combo with the high, yet small-bubbled carbonation, reminds one of champagne. Very nice crossover between sparkling wine and cider, with a palate that could be loved by geuze drinkers.

Not fan of ciders, but I liked the bottle, it is other than in picture. Smell- weak to medium, apple, acidic, juice, cider. Foam- thin, sour. Head is tiny, creamy white color, disappears almost instantly. Appearance- clear yellow color with faint of green and orange, medium carbonated, active. Taste- acidic and sour, as ciders are, bit better than some others I have tried, but still about same, not my type.

Bottle sampled at Cider festival. Slight hazy pale straw with no real head. Dry apple, champagne, light earthy and mineral, dry white grapes and green apples. Light bitter and sour. Solid medium bodied, over medium dry with light alcohol.
