Bottle shared in High Wycombe - thanks to Jenny. Pours clear orange-gold with a frothy white head. The aroma has some jammy citrus, a little rind, pine. Medium sweet flavour with floral hops, more pine, orange peel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with a little resin, some alcohol warmth, more ripe, jammy citrus. Not bad.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wroclaw). Praktycznie klarowne o ciemno bursztynowej barwie. Piana koloru ecru o kremowej konsystencji, obfita, trwala ze swietnym lacingiem. Aromat delikatny z nutami cytrusowymi, karmelowymi, slodowymi, mimo delikatnosci calkiem przyjemny. Goryczka cytrusowo-ziolowa, srednia skontrowana podbudowa karmelowym charakterze. Piwo o minimalnie kisielowej konsystencji, ze srednim cialem ale pijalne, przyjemne w odczuciu.

(Keg at Oljenkorsi, 20160210) The beer poured deep amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized, dense, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, citricness and sweet rye bread. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spruce sprouts, pine needles, malts, sweet rye bread and bitterness. Aftertaste had needles, hops and bitterness. A brew with intense flavours and still nicely balanced. I’m positively surprised.

Bottled at Celibar, Warsaw. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Huge citrus aroma, predominantly pink grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Citrusy and perfumy, some peppery bread. Fruity with long resiny bitter finish.
