Mungàt Ølgjerd Bryggerikveld 170318. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is alcohol, roasted malt, coffee. Flavor is alcohol, roasted malt, coffee, hop, licorice, resin, caramel, spices, berries. Full body. Very nice beer.

Draught @ �lhus K�benhavn. Pours black color with a thin off white head. Aroma has licorice, roastedness, wood. Salty licorice, roastedness, wood. Light to medium bodied.

Fra fat på sesongåpning Mi2 Cardinal, jan-18: den tredje på rad av Haandbryggeriets nye (etter Pompel og Pilt) - hva skule vi gjort uten Mandag i annen? Brunsvart med flott skum som varer. Lime, mandariner og andre mide citrusfrugter i en superlettdrikkelig kombo. Slank og elegant for sin voltstyrke. Nydelig aroma av spennende urter sammen med vanlje, lakrissjokolade, bjørnebær og solbær. Saftig munnfyde og eftersmag. Veldig god, det litte alkoholstikket til tross.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 15.01.18. Dark brown. Uneven, but persistent, pale brown head and lacing. Aroma of sour green apple zest. Taste of roasted malt and still sour green apples zest. Hmmpf!

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate and molasses. The flavour is quite sweet, with the same elements as in the aroma. Could use a bit more bittering hops.

Black as the night this one. Decent beige head. Not that powerful aroma for a 10% beer. Full body and an average carbonation level. It had a sweet backbone and yet a quite dry ending. Licorice, coffee, roast and chocolate in the flavor. Ok masked alcohol. Seemed a bit raw at the moment. Will probably be a lot better when the time passes by.
