So good it’s almost wrong. Dark ruby in color and brewed with seven varieties of imported malts. Complex in finish, with hints of smoke and peat, paired with a malty richness and a right hook of hop power to give it the bad attitude that a beer named Dirty Bastard has to live up to. Ain’t for the wee lads.

Il gusto al naso si spiaggia su orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma persistente ha una buona tenuta e appena aperta la bottiglia la schiuma di colore marrone chiaro esce da sola. La grandezza delle poche bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è nella norma. L'aspetto del liquido è velato. Il colore è marrone chiaro. La carbonazione è persistente. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. La struttura è cremosa. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è lungo, pulito e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di caramello, miele, nocciola, pane tostato e alcol presente.
