500ml bottle. Hazy, dark amber colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Piney, resinous, slightly tropical fruity and minimally citrusy, hoppy aroma, caramel malty background, notes of overripe tropical fruit, mango, some peach as well, hints of orange zest. Taste is minimally sugary, sweet caramel malty and bitter, piney, zesty citrusy hoppy, notes of orange, orange zest, lemon peel, candied orange zest, minimally waxy overtones. Full body, well balanced, lingering, minimally sticky finish.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Hazed amber orange with a lasting cream cap. Nose is orange pith, straw, toasted grains, breads. Taste comprises bitter orange, citric tinged straw, melon, soft breads, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. A serviceable IPA.

On tap at Ministerstwo Browaru, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with some earthy notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Assertively bitter but tastefully so. Piney and dry finish. Very good.

Barwa ciemnozłota, zamglone, piana biała, dość drobna i całkiem obfita, ładny lacing. W aromacie cytrusy, owoce tropikalne, żywice, las, intensywny. W smaku dość wytrawne, sporo się dzieje, głównie cytrusy w stylu grejpfrutu, owoce tropikalne - nieco mango, do tego żywice, iglaki i nafta od Mosaica. Goryczka średnia, przyjemna. Wysycenie w normie, ciało i pijalność w normie. Bardzo dobry West Coast, nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Na kolana nie rzuca, ale jest bardzo dobrze.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest. Pours unclear orange with a frothy topping. The aroma has some lightly toasted malts, orange peel. Medium sweet flavour, a little grainy, with more rindy bitterness, light caramel. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with a little resin, ripening citrus. Pretty basic stuff.

Keg at the Warsaw beer fest 2017. 08/04/2017. A hazed deep amber coloured pour with a lasting sticky beige head. Aroma is jammy fruits, marmalade, tangerine. Flavour is composed of sweet malts toffee, brown sugars, marmalade, tangerine,. Palate is sticky sweet, moderate carbonation.. Too sweet.

Hazy amber beer, big cream colour head. Palate is ariy and finely crisp. Floral bretty start, brett then dominates. Underneath - mild fruits and some orange peel. Touches of lemon and hop skunk. Light crispy finish. Not usually a fan of brett dominant IPAs but this one is alright.

Butelka 0.5l (18.11.2016). Piwo zmętnione o bursztynowej barwie. Piana niezbyt obfita w kolorze przybrudzonej bieli, drobna a opadając wyraźnie oblepia ścianki szkła. Aromat bardzo świeży, intensywny, chmielowy, z mieszanką cytrusów i owoców tropikalnych, w stronę czerwonego grapefruita, bardzo przyjemny. Goryczka na średnim poziomie, cytrusowa, krótko trwająca, niezalegająca z jednej strony a w kontrze solidna, słodowa, ciut karmelowa, podbudowa i subtelnie słodki, posmak owoców tropikalnych na finiszu. Mimo sporego ciała piwo jest dość lekkie w odczuciu, bardzo gładkie o leko podwyższonej gęstości a przy tej mocy nawet niebezpiecznie pijalne choć bardzo malutka ale wręcz subtelna nutka alkoholu jest wyczuwalna gdzieś daleko w tle. Niemniej nie obniża pijalności i pozytywnych odczuć. Bardzo dobra IPA i jedno z lepszych piw Profesji - tak trzymać!
