PIXIE DUST is a strong and vibrant New England IPA hopped carefully for bitterness, but generously for aroma with the best varieties of American hops with intense citrusy and tropical character. Attractively hazy, juicy, creamy and full.

On tap at OMBF 2018, Krakow. Hazy orange with white head. Nice tropical fruit hoppy aroma, citrus, sweet, some ripe tropical fruit, creamy texture. Lasting bitter finish. Medium bodied. Bit warming.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 24.01.2019). Potrójne new england IPA zahacza o styl barley wine z tym, że jest bardziej cytrusowe, owocowe jak na vermonta przystało aczkolwiek podbudowa słodowa jest bardzo solidna a goryczka choć niska jest podbijana przez lekki alkohol, który pozostawia długi, acz przyjemny, posmak. Piwo zdecydowanie degustacyjne za sprawą swojej mocy co nieco stoi w sprzecznością ze stylem new england gdzie powinienem się spodziewać rześkości, lekkości, niemniej taka wersja razy trzy mi odpowiada.

Citra, Mosaic & Ekuanot hops. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts with a nice light creamy sweetness. A slight selter - savoury undertone. Soft pine. A light apricot into slightly limey citrus. Modest spice. Soft fruity finish. Mild bitter linger. Nice one. Soft and fruity with decent balance. Seems to be Ekuanot dominated, but with Mosaic being a pale shadow of it's original self, that's not hard. Good stuff.

On tap at Graciarna, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with diacetyl, with not many other redeeming qualities. Flavour is cloyingly sweet and full of butter, with caramel malts, resinous hops and truckload of diacetyl that ruins this. Needs fixing.
