Tap @ Jabeerwocky, Warsaw May 2018. Unclear yellow body with a white head. It’s described as the first Brut IPA in Poland. Might be, but what exactly is Brut IPA - The combination of the classic dry West Coast IPA with the juicy New England IPA. Or to describe it a bit more simple – a god old fruity IPA that's hazy? Don’t know but I’m happy to see the revival of bitter IPA with some malty balance that makes it less one-dimensional than just low bitter juicy flavored NEIPA. I wrote a god, classic rather fruity IPA with a fine bitter and malty balance in my notes before I was aware of this Brut IPA thing, so I like this IPA and would probably be a fan of Brut IPA as well if a fancy name is what it takes to make IPA great again.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - fuzzy golden coloured pour with a medium white head. Tropical fruity hoppy and malty, grapefruit, peachy, lemon, yeasty notes, piney hoppy dry finish.

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wrocław). Lekkie, nawet wodniste z niewielkim acz wyczuwalnym słodowym ciałem i tylko subtelnymi akcentami chmielu czy owoców. Do wypicia ale kompletnie bez charakteru.

500ml Bottle - Hazy golden/light amber. Grapefruit, pine and some slightly oniony notes in the aroma. Dry and hoppy taste with grapefruit, pineapple and lemon standing out.

Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, straw, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, straw, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught at KØ18. Piney hop aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is grassy and piney with a fairly dry bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Dry finish.

DØE. Clear golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, citrus and fruit peel. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, fruit peel, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, mildly sweet, trace of lager character. Light savoury vibe and a little lemon. Modest soft skunk. Finishes smooth with a light spicy bitterness. Not bad at all.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter, fruity, crisp hoppy. Bitter, crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity. Smooth fruity finish.
