A light and refreshing Sour Fruit Session IPA beer. Pineapple gives the beer a fruity character, which curls American hops. The taste is sour, with a slightly marked bitterness, while the aroma is dominated by tropical fruits.

Sampled at Warsaw Beer Festival, spring 2018. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is pineapple and acidic lemon. Flavor is mostly like acidic sour pineapple and hint of citric fruit with light pale malt. Medium body and acidic fruity aftertaste. A bit one-dimensional perhaps, but not bad at all. Very refreshing.

Bottle 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- lightly sour, citrusy, candies, wild sour tones, touch of plastic. FLAVOR- moderately sour, not dry, lightly bitter, lemon, hay, touch of pineapple, touch of burnt plastic, candies. Light to medium bodied.

Tap at 100 piv. Lightly lactic, moderate fruitiness, pineapple discernable but not dominating, general citrusy resiny hops character present. Moderate sweetness, med-light sourness, moderate bitterness. Good balance. Rather thin body, moderate carbonation. Good one.
