Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (01/07/2022) - Pleasant light citrus fruity with some lemon and grapefruit, pomelo, touch of melon in there, pale light creamy sweet malts, bitter edged hoppy close. Decent pale.

Bottle. Color: Very hazy, pale yellowish golden, white head. Aroma: Citrus and grassy hop. Taste: Subtle citrus and tropical fruit, pineapple notes, over moderate hopbitterness. Grainy and wheat malt background. Mineral notes. Light to moderate sweet. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Pretty smooth mouthfeel. Nice refreshing Pale Ale.

Hazy, misty yellow color, huge foamy white head. Aroma is very pleasant, soft citrussy, but also lightly sweetish tropical fruit hoppy. Flavor is malts, wheat and otherwise similar to the aroma, but with the high carbonation you can't taste it equally well. The carbonation really gets in the way of the flavor. Nonetheless, quite nice. I'd say lessen the carbonation a bit and it's perfect for a hot summer day.

ABV: 4.8%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, fruity hops, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, grass, citrus, pale malt - light wheat, light minerals, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20200430]
