It is a classical IPA, smooth for the style, creamy, pineapple, papaya, tropical fruits, hoppy but not at the extreme, 11.06.18, buying this beer at the bootlegger, Paris, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz

Bottle. Copper-gold with a three finger head. Tropical fruit aroma. Taste is fruity with a bitter finish.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per il fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano sentori di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, spezie e limone.

Bottle from a grocery store in Bridgeport, California. The aroma consists of an array of juicy tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit, papya, fruity semi-oily hops. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Nice tropical bomb/torpedo, though I prefer the more balanced aroma/flavour of the Torpedo Extra IPA.

Can at 6%. Semi-hazy orange-gold with small white head. Aroma of mango, orange, passion fruit; inviting. Taste is slightly more malty than expected with a hint of caramel. Its also quite piney and drying in the finish. Tropical fruit notes are there in the middle to give a nice balance. Just about medium bodied, prickly carbonation. A touch processed but still tasty.
It's still an IPA.

Bottled (from Alko webshop). Ambery golden colour, mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is mild caramel, some floral, fruity and a bit nectary tones. Flavour is fruity, nectary, floral and some bready and mild caramelly tones. Smooth, balanced. Great as SN always is, but also nothing that exciting. But who cares, when the quality and drinkability is this good.

Hazy golden. Aroma is mango, papaya, peach, prickly pear. Taste is sweet fruity with lots of mango and grassy bitter hops. Well balanced. Not cloying. Not superbitter. Pleasant and quite refreshing.
