Lys brun klar med beige skum. Lukter karamell og barnål. Middels bitter. Smaker barnål og noe brent karamel. Middels lang.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Bready grapefruit aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and solid, rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit and bread. Piney bitter finish.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops pine and malty light dry with hint of grain medium body bit watery and thin by style.

An Ontario hop classic, Mad Tom hits the mark with fresh and engaging hops and some strong balances among tastes. The hop profile is fresh and punchy, featuring pine, grapefruit, fruit rind and a splash of lemon. Sweet biscuit malt, a touch of pepper and a strong medium intensity effervescence add to the bite of the flavour, but all in proportion. Don’t change this recipe!

Good citrus hoppy nose, witha touch of sulphur, a la dogfish head 60 minute. The is a really nice grainy malt bill mixed in with those pungent hops. Very very good ipa for ontario.

Schöne Zitrusnoten in der Nase, optisch trübes, dunkles Gelb, ordentlich Schaum, gefällt mir. Im Trunk hopfig, harzig, leicht butterig, dezent Pinien, bittersweet, fast schon süffig, passt.

Poured from 473mL can @ VCBW. Hazy gold with small white head. Toffee malt, citrus hops, resin, not bad.
