This Pilsner features new season Motueka in the kettle for flavour and a satisfying bitterness, and as a light dry hop for brightness. We fermented with a German Bock yeast for its clean flavour and crisp finish.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced via the brewery. Pours clear, deep gold with a frothy, pure white head. Dried pale grains in the nose, hay, grass. Light sweet flavour with aggressive grassy bitterness, husky grains, aged biscuits, pine, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Somewhat harsh in the finish, more grassy hops, crackery pale malts, more dry biscuits, grain husk. A big rocky.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Deep, orange gold, with a light haze. Thick and foamy, lasting, just off white head. Nose has sweet granary malts. Soft, gingery spice. Some bright, floral hop. Hint of lemon peel. Taste is crisp, herbal bitter. Well balanced with the bready sweetness. Light to medium body. Fine, crisp fizz. Some oiliness on the palate. Clean bitterness to finish. CW are definitely getting better with these lagers. Nice one.
