500ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with wonderful ruby shimmer and average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, dark beige head. Sweet-ish, malty aroma, notes of malt lozenge, hints of caramel and toffee, a touch of rock sugar, roasted nuts. Taste is dry, minimally sweet, slightly toasty, dark malty, notes of malt lozenge, hints of dark caramel, a touch of burnt caramel, some bitter hop. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, slightly dry palate, fine, foamy, soft carbonation. Well crafted, well balanced, clean and harmonious - pretty good.

Butelka. Ciemnorubinowe, klarowne, praktycznie bez piany. Zaskakująco mało pumperniklowych melanoidyn, raczej aromat mocno spieczonego chleba, trochę karmelu. W ustach bardzo słodkie, choć paradoksalnie wcale nie zaklejająco gęste. Goryczka średnia, pasuje, choć koźlaki kojarzę z wyższą. Deserowo, pół butelki jest ok, więcej nie.
