Poured on draft at Toronado Seattle, during the quiet morning after the big release event. New Year, new blend of magic. Hope they do these for years and years to come. Hopefully some day I can try these blends side by side. All I know is that they are incredible. Thick, coffee black pour. This is dangerously smooth all things considered. Smooth, bold dark chocolate, some soft maple, even slighted hint of dark fruit, cherry. Such smooth bourbon throughout. As amazing and memorable as last years blend. Love this.
