Chinook Citra DDH Pale Ale

We make no secret of our love for the classics here at Polly's. The classic beers we grew up drinking formulated the basis of what we do today, and we make huge efforts to honour those influences in our brewing. We were giddy with excitement then when we realised we had a load of Chinook in our hop store. Paired up with one of the new school C hops in Citra, we've amped up the dry hop on this pale ale for a beer that is a super intense flavour bomb of a pale ale.
