Pudding Goggles is our imperial pastry porter brewed with an absurd amount of chocolate malt and gently hopped in the kettle. A special fermentation schedule yields velvety layers of rich chocolate pudding tones. We condition the final product on mountains of house-toasted coconut, roasted cocoa nibs, fresh scraped vanilla beans and aromatic cinnamon. Everything is better while drinking pudding goggles.

A little watery for the ABV. Roast, cinnamon, dark chocolate. Bittersweet finish. Black pour without much head. Snally.

Dark dried fruit shred with sweet malty backing, along with some caramel and fudge like sweetness, full bodied, dark malty close. Lovely.

200ml draught, Forager TTO at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. Black in the glass, shiny naked surface, poor lacing. Rounded roasted malty aromas with mid-sweet chocolate. Vanilla chocolate flavours, pudding-like, hints of cinnamon spices. Slightly roasted ending, long lived. Mouthfilling. Not overly sweet. Good drinking. (Tromsø, 07.06.2023).

A black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of sweet and strong dark malt, chocolate. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, vanilla, caramel. Nice.

On tap at Peders, pours black with a tiny head. Aroma brings out lactose, dark sugars and sludge earthiness. Flavour is full of dark dried fruits, some light spice, and chocolate cake. Some strange notes on here. Not bad but not exactly my thing.
