Bottle from hauxe, Euro Swap 19/3 many thanks! Black pour, beige head. Nose is roasted malts, earthy notes, coffee, light sourish brett. Taste is nice acidic coffee, funk, earthy notes. Medium funky earthy finish, light to medium body, drinks below the ABV. Fun.

Black with a foamy head of modest duration. Aroma of coffee grounds, ashes, nutmeg, and vinegar. Taste is mix of burnt bitterness and Brett tartness. Finishes sour with lingering hints of coffee and soy sauce. Body to the full side of medium, moderate carbonation. The alcohol is perfectly hidden. Well made, but this mix of flavors would not be among the more enticing for me.

0.33 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', bottled in April 2019, cellared for about half a year. Clear, very dark ruby to black with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, light brown head. Sweetish, malty, quite roasty, gently woody, vinous-fruity and slightly funky aroma of dark chocolate, licorice, coffee, red wine, red berries and some wood. Gently sweet, malty, fairly roasty, a little sourish, moderately vinous-fruity and a bit funky taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, leather, red berried, red wine and oak, followed by a medium long, fairly roasty-bitter, minimally sourish, slightly funky, gently vinous, a bit woody-dry finish. Medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very complex Stout, still nicely drinkable rather than being a sipper. Leans towards an Oud Bruin/Flanders Red while the Stout character remains dominant. Very good, I like it a lot better than (the first batch of) the regular version of 'Käte'.

Taste comprises tangy fruit pulp, coffee, cacao nibs, balanced black peppery spice, light roast, ashen tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid work.

Tap @ Pien Bar, Helsinki. Poured deep brown in color, thin white head. Bretta nose with coffee and wood. OK, but does not work in the flavor, brett and coffe don´t blend in my mouth.

Bottle. Black color with beige head. Aroma is good fruity coffee, very aromatic, light funk, cherries. Taste is aromatic coffee, chocolate, leathery, fresh bretts. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Wow. This is amazing, and this is coming from someone who does not like dark sours much and who hates the concept of coffee sours.

Bottle courtesy of Finnicker, many thanks! At Jonas's, Garching, Wednesday 21st August 2019. The aroma is coffee but reminds me more of Jelly Bean coffee. In the mouth this is a little tart, fruity, however there is a little roastiness at the back of mouth with a touch of bitterness. V. Good

Dark Stout big brown head. Roasty sour nose. Coffee comes on strong in the flavor with a punch of roasted grain sour - really interesting. High carbonation carries the complex aroma into the sinuses. Props
