Bottled@SBWF2014. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some fruitiness, mild earth as well as some vanillaish notes. Flavour is very similar, with some mild dry wooden notes. Somewhat dry palate.

Bottle. 2013 vintage. Clear golden liquid with small to medium fast dissipating white head. Aroma of apples, light pears, wood, white grapes and light red apple skin. Taste is light sweet and very light sour with notes of apples, light pears and red apples. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice, balanced and nicely softly carbonation.

Bottle bought @ Systembolaget. 2012 vintage. Pours sparkling golden with a rather big fizzy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is slightly funky with green apples, barnyard, dry soil, leather, lemon juice, hay, pineapple juice, white grape skins, dry wood and hints of Apple sauce and red apple skins. Taste is sweet, tiny sour, slightly funky and fruity with ripe smashed apples, crystallized sugar, leather, hay, dry soil and hints of barnyard and pie crust. Mouthfeel is crisp, sparkling, tiny dry and light bodied. Finish is slightly sweet, slightly sour and fruity with smashed ripe cider apples, hay, dry soil, leather, barnyard, pineapple juice and hints of pears. Really refreshing slightly sweet cider!
