From bottle at Café De Koffer, Groningen. Grapey aroma with white wine and light funk. A touch of citrus, including some lemon. Dry and medium sour flavour, body is medium. Pleasant stuff, big white whine character.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is nutty, fruity and some earthy and mild tart tones. Flavour is strongly acidic, nutty and some floral and some toffeeish tones.

Vintage 2020, BB 10.02. 2026. amber murky color, small white head. smells funky, grape notes, stone fruits, parfumy, bit marzipan, peaches. lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes stone fruits, peachy, grape notes, apricots, marzipan, lightly lactic. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, peaches and marzipan notes. great stuff, very fragrent and lovely stone fruit notes. Great balance, a tad clean, but the juicy fruit notes more then make up for it. Lovely!

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear amber, small head. Vinous oaky nose with some cedar. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Cedar and lemon, grapes. Some butter and sweaty feet. Low bitterness. Interesting and relatively complex.

ABV: 7.3%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, grapes, apple, wine - white wine - grapes, barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, oak, grapes, grapes - apple, white wine, wood - barrel, dry, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220108]

Bottle @Ulfborg. Cloudy golden, white head. Funky berries and grapes aroma, light wood. Sour flavour, sour grapes, lemon, quite acidic, very dry.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich funk, stable, barnyard, tart, fruits, lactose acid and has a nice long dry and sour finish.
