Unclear golden with no head. Sour grainy, grapey, stoney fruity, some moldy cork funk. Moderate sweet and bitter, over medium sour. About medium body. Bit dry and wry compared to the others I just tried, but lovely nonetheless.

Sampled from bottle at De Koffer. Slight hazy golden with small off white head. Sour grains, light red wine and fresh grapes, light herbs, again the lemon sourness with a light lactic touch, soft berries and plums. Over medium sour, under medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Good.

Near clear golden orange with a ring white head. Aroma of funk, oak, citrus and vinous notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is white wine, floral, cereals. Taste is a bit grainy, white wine, very subtle. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very good!
