Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adheisve. Aroma: floral, some oranges, acidic impression, a bit fruity, some citrus notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sour start, lots of rhubarb, nice acidity, bitter, woody, good! Aftertaste: very sour, lemony, lots of rhubarb, bitter, some grapefruit, a bit oxidized, sour finish, nice one, I like it!

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 30 Apr 2022) Pale amber colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with rhubarb, lychee, peaches, vinegar and oak wood. A slight oxidation. Fruity, tart taste with notes of rhubarb, vinegar, oak wood, lemon, soft malt and a tart and dry finish. Almost full body, dry. Tasty, soft and highly drinkable despite the generous acidity and alcohol level. Lovely beer.

Bottle, 330 ml at Ambasada. Cloudy orange with medium white head. Nice intensive fruit sourness, barrel, rhubarb, citric, nice one.
