Bezalkoholowe IPA is a pale beer with a distinct bitterness and a fresh citrus-resinous and fruity aroma. It owes its characteristic flavor to the unique composition of American and Polish hops: Citra, Sabro, Cascade, Marynka, and Sybilla. Cold hopping enhanced the bouquet of aromas.

India Pale Ale, a beer style native to Great Britain and the United States, started a beer revolution in our country. The intense hop flavor with a noticeable bitterness quickly won the connoisseurs’ palate and became one of the favorite New Wave beers in Poland.

It is an ideal proposition for all those who appreciate the refreshing, hoppy aroma of light beer and the minimum restrictions resulting from the absence of alcohol.

We have been brewing non-alcoholic IPA since 2020.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo spento. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, biscotto, cereali, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

W aromacie przyjemne, lekki cytrus kwiaty. W smaku więcej brzeczki. Goryczka niska ale jest. Ogólnie ok ale myślałem że będzie lepiej

(bottle 0,5l from U Martina (Brno)) Overall: Ok for NA beer. Classic NA wort flavor with some lemony twist. I expected more hoppiness to cover the wort flavor. Aroma: Wort, light citrusy, lemon. Appearance: Hazy yellow. Medium, white head. Taste: Light sweet, wort, citrusy, lemon. Palate: Light-medium body. Higher carbonation.

W aromacie głównie brzeczka, w smaku już lepiej - cytrusowe z tropikami, solidna goryczka ziołowa, delikatnie brzeczkowe. Barwa złota, opalizujące, porządna czapa piany. Goryczka zaznaczona, ziołowa, lekko ściągająca. Jedna z lepszych bezalko.
