Sampled on May 31, 2015.BB 2016-05.Hazy very dark brown to black color, tiny brown head. Acidic, raspberry, chocolate scent, sort of an odd mix that still works. Roasted towards coffee at first, then acidic and almost dry astringent taste. Acidic and roasted mix just doesn’t work for me a lot of times, now it doesn’t. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Keg at Uppsala Ölfestival. Black, beige head. Balsamic raspberry aroma. Vinegary raspberrie, notes of licorice. Refreshing tartnes, soft mouthfeel. Low-medium bitterness. Lovely!
