Cask at The Star, Godalming..WTF was this added as an APa... anyway... Clear dull gold. Thinnest frothy foamy white head. Aroma has light malts and light citrus. Flavourwise it has citrus sourness with a malty base. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Pleasent.

Cask at Robin Hood, Willenhall. Pours a pale straw with a medium sized foamy white head. Slow to settle. The aroma is mainly malts with hints of corn and citrus. In the mouth it starts off sweet and smooth with a creamy texture and malt in the flavour. After a while it becomes quite bitter with floral hops and traces of summer fruits, biscuit and caramel, leading to a slightly dry finish. It’s reasonable – nothing special. Also more a standard pale than an IPA.
