A Mexican campfire-inspired Imperial Stout brewed with Ancho Mulato chillis and aged in Tequila and Bourbon barrels.
Taste: Sweet agave and chocolate mingle with warming toasted chilli and spices, reminding you of spiced mole with a mezcal to follow. Fruity dried berries join the mix with more spice and hints of gentle smoke and freshly cracked long pepper on the finish.
Appearance: Oily black with a dark brown head.
Nose: Leather and pipe tobacco mingles with spicy malts and sweet red berries, before being joined by lightly toasted coconut.
