Special dark top-fermented beer of the "STOUT" type brewed from Pilsner malt, roasted barley and rye. The beer has a slightly chocolate taste with a hint of roasted coffee. The roasted rye gives this beer a smoothness that is supported by the lower rye, typical of this beer style. Even for traditionally conservative Czech beer drinkers, this beer is a welcome addition, especially to selected dishes paired with dark beers.

PETka from Kralupská Pivotéka U Chameleona. Deep black with a tall beige-brown head, very creamy. Not to dry, good malty base with some shy sweetness, shy earthy hops and lots of espressco coffee and very dark chocolate. Smooth and velvety palate.
