[ As Zomerdijk Raspberry Rage - 2020 ].
ABV: 7.0%. Unclear - hazy light red colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is red berries, wheat, raspberry, sour - tart, oak - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, tart raspberry, minerals, celery, wheat, light funk - oak, band-air notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]

Enjoyed at the Mikkeller Baghaven Wild Ale Celebration 2020, at Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. Raspberry, dark sugar, band aid phenolics.

Bottle pour @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. Sour, slightly vinegary and oaky with some raspberries, funky notes and vinous notes. Okay.

Bottle. Pours a clear reddish hue with a small white head. A huge wonderful fruity raspberry nose. Huge sweet raspberries, light sour notes, funky, but very sweet raspberries. No alcohol at all. Sort of warms to more sour woody notes. This is damn good.

Slomianomegamalinowe, bardzo chlalne, nieco taniczne chyba, ciut slodkich, ziemistych nutek acz kwasnosc spora. B intensywne. Dosc grzeczne.
