Can at home. Pours a dark brown to black colour with a very small light brown head. Aroma of chocolate truffles, syrup, nougat, oak, licorice and raisins. Flavour of dark chocolate, licorice, brown sugar liqour, nougat and ends with roasted malt and ash. Has a silky and oily mouth feel, full-bodied and a light bitterness. Sweet with roasted undertones. A little one-domensional but is very tasteful.

Can, 11.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, maple and candy. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, maple, sweet, candy, little liquorice and a little bitter.

Panda thanks to Fergus: Poured a dark black with a light brown head. Aroma is maple, toffee, caramel, vanilla, chocolate. Taste is boozy, maple, toffee, sugary, boozy, sticky, chocolate.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 11/04/21. Black with a good sized tan covering. Nose is maple syrup, Crunchie bar, chocolate, nutty, maple syrup, caramel. Taste comprises sweet malts, light roast, spice, chocolate, honeycomb, maple syrup, brown sugar melt. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Decent impy if a little on the sweet and one trick side for my liking.

Can at home picked from HOTM. A thick caramel brown coloured pour with a fine dark tan head. Aroma is bitter dark sugars, treacel, alcohol, vanilla, , maple, burnt toast. Flavour is composed of sticky sweet, burnt maple, caramel, sticky brown sugars, smooth. pancake, little burnt edge. Palate is sticky sweet, oily, moderate carbonation. Good fun.
