0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Bier Bude', best before April 2022. Almost clear, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, a bit grassy aroma of grains, lemon peel and some fresh grass. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite grassy-spicy and moderately fruity-floral taste of grains, fresh grass and some lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry and rather grassy finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel average carbonation. Crisp and refreshing Lager, rather a Pils than a Helles.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, minimally grey-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy, malty and grassy, hoppy aroma, a touch of pine. Taste is grassy and piney hoppy, minimally husky, pale malty, weak herbal-grassy and waxy-grassy aspects. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Relatively broad spectrum of grassy flavours, nevertheless rather simple and monotonous, a bit unfresh - OK.

Bottle: Pale greenish-golden, hazy, smaller creamy white head, mild bitter-sweet hayish-grassy nose with a delicate barnyardy touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and very fizzy; lingering fruity-hoppy and mildly malty finish. Not really necessary...

Ok. 10/8/9/7/11/8
