The beer was dry hopped with Amarillo, Crystal and Sorachi Ace.

Drink young for fresh hop aromatics. If aged, expect increasing brettanomyces funk.

Big bottle in the evening sun, 20th July 2021. Pours a deep clear golden orange. Aroma is funky, peach, farm yard, brett. Taste tart, sour, funky, barnyard, musty, it’s like a Cantillon really, complex, some honey. Excellent beer

Bottle. Shared with @ SirAlex. 75cl. Pours cloudy Dark Golden with a small White head. Nose has massive cellar, Cork, dust, manuer and leather. Slowly develops as it warms but at first a bit of a bummer with not much else going on. Tiny Apple sneaking through. Leather, phenols ,wet cellar and Cork overrules most. Snappy dry and slightly tart finish. Complexity of a Young lambic and aroma and taste of a 10 year old beer. I am confused.

750ml bottle from Beer Necessities, Bristol. Pours hazed orange with an ample white head. Aroma: lemon, cider apples, a little brett, sorachi hops. Taste: light to moderate tart, soft, dry, with apple yoghurt vibes. The cider barrel is much more prominent than the whisky barrel. Medium body, tart dry close

Bottle. Trembling Madness online shop. Great selection, with some unusual stuff. Decent prices. Ok shipping. Beer pours a cloudy, orange gold. Thin and dense, glossy topped, lasting, bright white head. Nose has spiced citrus peel. Sweet apple. Fresh spicy hop leaf. Vanilla. Leather. Lemon brett. Touch of cinnamon maybe. The Sorachi is fairly evident. Smells great. Taste has a soft vanilla sweetness, with a tart, tangy bitterness. Dries out on the palate. Medium body. Brisk carbonation. Lingering tart bitterness to finish. Lovely beer.
