Utterly clear, still, metallic golden liquid - liquid gold, really. Surprising flavour! Hint of biological solvent, rainwater, old vats with forgotten apples, amyl acetate or other apple-esters as butyl acetate - the honey. Sweet, Dutch Kletskopjes (glazed hard cookies with pindas), hint of cinnamon. Finish is, however, sweet, dry in feel going almost to dry-out effect. Light, oily, viscous and dangerously drinkable. Interesting metheglin variation. The apples are almost hidden, yet traceable;

Clear golden colour, no head. Aroma of sweet honey and some apple pie. Taste of sweet honey, wax, berries, boozy finish.

Pours clear, medium light yellow. Scent is the most gentle of the 3 versions tried. Taste is full, fairly sweet. Mildest apple flavor of the 3 . Subtile balance, I kinda miss the acidity and/or spices from the other versions.

Pours clear, light pale yellow. Scent is gentle, much more complex than the 'base' one ( d'upigny) aromatic apple, soapy comes to mind, but for once as a positive aspects. Fresh and floral apple. Taste is full, apple again fairly subtile, floral and bright. More intense and straight forward towards the end.

Pours clear, very light pale yellow. Scent is fairly mild, apple. Taste is full, fairly sweet, apple, very candy like. Mild malic acid - hidden beneath the honey sweetness but providing great balance.
