Démon special beer is prepared according to old monastery recipes from the Munich region and thus follows a tradition reaching back to 1420. It is characterised by a rich and balanced profile of flavours. It has a pleasant malt aroma and a slight sweet honey flavour with mild bitterness.

# 219; 2/2016. Poměrně dobrý polotmavý ležák. Ve vůni a chuti dominuje karamelový slad.

Tap @ railway station Nepomuk. Amber color. Bready floral caramelly flavor. Malty, well hopped. Just a touch of sweetness.

Tap. Unclear amber color with beige head. Aroma is caramel, a bit farty, some grassy hops. Taste is caramel, a bit grassy, quite some body there, but with an almost watery finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium, soft carbonation. Quite decent!

Draft at the train station in Nepomuk. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, light hops and malt. Flavour is above light sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with moderate carbonation.

From tap. Clear amber coloured, foamy head. Caramel, some honey, hay, nuts. Malty sweetness, some bitterness. Light bodied, lively carbonated, watery texture, light dry finish.
