Keg at Lyric @6.5%. It pours cloudy gold with a medium white head. The nose is dough, floral, juicy, straw, fiery ginger, muffin and some citrus. The taste is bitter, hay, doughy, floral, citrus peel, grapefruit, spice, resin, light alcohol sting, white grape skin and honeysuckle with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good depth of flavour. Well-rounded and very drinkable. One of BBFs very best. Nice work.

Keg @ Euston Tap. I’ve really been getting into my saisons recently and this hit the spot in a big way! Beautifully blended yeasty mouthfeel and just the right level of sweetness with an ever present fresh floral aroma. This is very nice indeed.

Tap at Sheffield Tap. Lightly hazy gold. Thick, off white head, kept alive by the fine, lively carbonation. Spicy, yeasty, light fruit. A light ginger snap thing going on. Taste is lightly tart, fresh and spicy. A hint of digestive sweetness. Finish is dry and spicy. Utterly lovely.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average to huge, thick, foamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and minimally floral and herbal aroma, notes of red and yellow apple, stone fruit, red and yellow berries. Taste is yeasty, floral, and minimally herbal; bitter hoppy and slightly chalky, mineral finish.

Had this at home Wednesday 4th December 2013 purchased from ’Jacks’ Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon recently Pours hazy gold edging towards light amber with a white head. The aroma is very fresh it literally tickles your nose, clean, spicy and with a nice yeastiness. Tastes lovely, well rounded with yeast forward flavour. A little warmth from the alcohol. This is a really, really, lovely Saison. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 4.0

50cl bottle from Alesbymail. Bb 23/04/14. Hazy golden, frothy lasting white head. Love the aroma; citrus peel, yeast, mild sourness, earthy notes. Flavor is citrus, hops, floral notes, wheat. Finish is dry, citrus/lime lingers with some sour notes in the back. Got me thinkin of Nögne/Bridge Road india saison. Excellent.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a thin off-white head that gradually fades. Faint lacing. Aroma of tangerine, orange pith, peach and Rich Tea biscuit. Flavour of minerals, lime, orange and salted tiger bread. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. A very orangey Saison.

Very hazy amber beer, little white head. Palate is light and crisp and semi dry. Semi sweet malt, typical Saison - light herby tang. Light banana ester. Whisper of caramel. Light finish. Not bad, refreshing and clean.
