Lahev (@Pivni Rozmanitost v Praze): Chestnut-amber coloured, mid-sized off-white head with a little lace, moderate nutty and fruity to dark-malty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; hoppier in the drier bitter-sweet finish. Nice, well balanced and well drinkable....

Bottle. Dark chocolate, tart cherry malt aroma with light astringency. Dark reddish brown color with moderate head. Sweet red cherry, toffee malt flavor with light astringent finish. Nice balance - body on the light side. Pretty solid doppelbock - maybe shouldn’t have waited for the hottest day of the year to try it.
