0.5 l bottle shared at Valhalla Craft Beer Bar, Zagreb. Clear pale golden to golden, small white head. Aroma is lightly grainy and malty with a herbal touch. Not too sweet, clean grainy profile. Light body, moderate carbonation, light finish.

Pours an almost perfectly transparent pale golden (actually slightly hazy if compared to a filtered helles) with a fluffy but solid white head that shows good retention and very nice lacing. Not very intense but nice, delicate aroma: cereal and white bread base followed by notes of honey and citrus/lemon, with slight hints of grassy and flowery hops. Taste notes as per aroma, with a quite strong per style sweet foundation, perfectly matched by delicate bitterness in a balanced i want another sip right now finish. As for the aroma, it's not about intensity; it's about perfect balance and awesome drinkability. Light bodied with a lively but still soft kind of carbonation, resulting in a super smooth, soft but lively mouthfeel that just adds to drinkability. Tastewise, this will probably not impress you, but it's a perfectly crafted beer that you just wouldn't stop drinking.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Haußmann, Feldkirchen and consumed at home, Attenkirchen, Friday 27th December 2019 preparing Base Curry Mix for a Chicken Jalfrezi Curry. Pours clear gold with a large proud white head. Nice clean fruity beer, lovely softness, light bitterness. This is very nice, light hoppiness. Good.

Tap at Wunder Bar in Zagreb. Thanks Ivica! Murky yellow-golden body with a tiny white head. Nice hoppy aroma, flowery and herbal. Smooth taste, lowely flowery hoppiness, even vaguely citric, clean, smooth maltiness, just slightly flat but a damn tasty Zwickel nonetheless! A very pleasant surprise!

Tap at the Franconian Beerfest 2019. Very pale gold, hazy, with a tall, airy head. Lemony nose, orange sorbet, crackers. Flavor is citrusy, biscuity, lightly sweet. Body is crisp and light. Hoppy finish. Not much depth, but good, crisp hops, summery.

Tap, as Rittmayer Zwickl Hell at Fränkisches Bierfest 2019. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is sulphuric yeast, cereal, fresh fruit. Taste is sulphuric, fruity yeast. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very nice!

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grassy and dry floral bitter hops, straw. Taste of straw, dry grassy hops, hay, mild toasted malt, herbs. moderate bitterness. I liked it!
