Brewed with a blend of noble hops and subtle spices, and fermented with a classic saison yeast strain to a full strength. Perfect for the festive season, or indeed any other moment in time.

Burning Sky saisons age so gracefully. Quite clean with relaxed funk, some white pepper, grass, soft acidity, quenching salinity, a little pale wood, lemony twang. Extremely drinkable.

Right in the Burning Sky wheelhouse. Quite clean, soft acidity, mellow funk. Light salinity. A little pale wood, oak, hay, lemony accent. A slow burner. Great depth without being showy. Excellent.

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a big, dense, lacing white head. Mild spicy aroma with yeast and hint of citric fruit in the background. A bit unusually in taste, yeasty and peppery as expected but also hint of bread, lime and grassy bitterness. Definitively drinkable but feels too unbalanced, not the usually high standard beer from Burning Sky.

Bottle. Online shop. Hazed gold. Firm thick lasting white froth. Looks well. Nicely oaky vinous character. Touch of spice. Light brisk brett. Taste has a nice balance of sweet and oaky vinous bitterness. Very easy drinking with lively rolling carbonation. Vinous finish. Could be a tad less wheaty but overall it’s easy to put away.

Bright citrus and slightly vinous Pinot Grigio notes. Second experience recently with a saison that isn’t as dry as I’d expect but had spelt in the grain bill. Lovely mild spice and easy sour notes
