Untergäriges, helles aber trotzdem kräftiges Vollbier.
Besonders süffig, ausgewogen und mild gehopft schätzt es der Bierkenner als sein Bier für alle Tage. Eingebraut mit einheimischen Malz von unserer Braugerstenerzeugergemeinschaft und Caramelmalz.
Das Helle darf durchaus als bayerisch-fränkische Spezialität bezeichnet werden. Ob in der Wirtschaft oder im Biergarten, in geselliger Runde daheim oder zur Brotzeit – das süffige, milde Helle ist in Bayern allgegenwärtig. Außerhalb der weiß-blauen Landesgrenzen ist seine Marktbedeutung eher gering.

Pours clear golden with a lasting, big, foamy, white head; lots of lacing; fizzing. Aroma of citrus, apricot, breadcrust, wheat, grain, yeast. It tastes medium malty sweet, hints of bread, honey, some banana; citric touch in the light grainy bitter middle, a bit yeasty. Dryish, grainy finish, faintly grassy (hoppy), citric & bready. Light to medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Flawless, but only plain good.

Draft @ Hütt’n, Nürnberg. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy finish.

Tap at Huett’n. Clear, deep golden color. Low, thick head. Fruity nose, lemon, biscuits. Crisp, fruity, clean, medium body. Solid and very suffig.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear bright golden, small head. Fruity nose with some grass and bread. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Firmly malty with a softness. Mild grassy hops provide a mid bitter finish. Well made quaffable helles.

On draught at Hutt’n Nuremberg. Mid gold colour clear lasting white head. Cereal on the aroma. A good zwickel more than a hell. Some good hops on the finish. Tasty. Good carbonation. I liked it and was pretty impressed.
