Draft at hotel bar. Fine reddish pour with a nice frothy head. Nose is caramel and red fruit. Tastes of earth, malt, toffee, berry. Light bodied.

Keg at the Parsons Nose, Hillsborough, 14/09/19. Reddish amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is biscuit, dried fruits, hint of red berry. Taste comprises biscuit malts, caramel, dried fruit, brown bread, biscuit crumbs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style.

10/7/2019. Cask at the 30th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours very dark amber / brown with a small creamy/ bubbly off-white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, brown sugar, hops and fruit with a hint of chocolate. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask @ Ealing Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color isamber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits, hops and has a nice hoppy sweet finish.

On tap at the Kitchen bar Belfast. Dark amber with beige head. Caramel, malty, some toffee, sweetish, quite bland and watery. Light bodied.
